Order Process

How does it work?

1. CHOOSE PRINT STYLE & SIZE

We offer our prints in a range of sizes. Please refer to item examples, sizes and product page for more information.

2. PROVIDE DETAILS IN ORDER FORM

Please fill out all necessary information so we can make the perfect design for you, we can design any location worldwide.

3. PLACE YOUR ORDER

Any questions, please reach out!

4. LET US DESIGN YOUR PERFECT PRINT

If you don't use our custom map editor, we will send you a preview via email for approval. Once complete, your order will be dispatched.

Do I get a preview of my order before shipping?

If you design using our map editor, this is the final version, no need for approval!

If you need us to design for you, we always send a preview to your email for you to approve.

Is the design the precise location?

Always! We use the address you provide as the focal point of the map. We can design any location in the world.

I'm after a different design - do you offer customisation on orders?

We sure do, please enquire through our custom order page

I'm after a different size, do you offer custom sizing?

We can cater to most size requests, please enquire through our custom order page

Shipping & Returns

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

When will I receive my PNG file?

If you create your print using our online designer tool, you'll receive the final copy within 3hrs.

If you need us to design your print, turnaround is 2-3 business days.

How long does it take to prepare an order before shipped?

Delivered products are designed and fufilled in 2-4 business days, pending product approval.

Please note, approval of design is needed to send the final product. If we don't hear back from you within 21 days, product is shipped without approval.

Shipping Times

Once dispatched, orders generally arrive within:

Unframed prints: within 3-7 business days.

Framed & Canvas prints: 4-10 business Days

Carrier delays or disruptions can occur and are out of our control.

We offer free standard tracked shipping worldwide, express shipping is available for some products upon request.

All products are shipped in protective packaging and strong boxes, tubes and mailers, to ensure no damage during transportation.

We use a range of shipping providers based on destination, with most orders fulfilled in the receiving country to reduce our carbon footprint and ensure fast delivery.

Do you ship overseas?

We ship to most countries and provide free shipping worldwide

Where does my print ship from?

We ship with local print partners throughout Europe, Oceania, Asia, and Americas.

This allows us to get your order to you faster, and minimises our carbon footprint!

My item arrived damaged - what do I do?

Please take a photo of the item and damage.

Contact us via email at info@mrkyourmoment.com with images attached for us to arrange a replacement.

Product Information

Digital Product Information

All files are sent by default in A2 size (420x594mm), which can be printed in A3/A4/A5 size. If you require a different size, please let us know when placing your order.

For best printing results, we recommend printing on low-sheen/matte paper with 200-250gsm.

Files are sent as a PNG, although some printing facilities prefer PDF.

Unframed, Framed & Canvas product information

All products are made using high quality materials. We don't use the cheapest option when sourcing our materials, as we want our products to last forever, along with their stories.

UNFRAMED PRINTS are available in a range of sizes and printed on 200gsm premium matte paper with archival inks. No frame is included.

FRAMED PRINTS are sustainably-sourced timber frames and printed on 200gsm premium matte paper with archival inks.

CANVAS PRINTS are printed on high quality canvas attached to a sustainably-sourced wood frame, mounting kit is included.

Policies

Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 12 hours of an order being placed.

Time and effort is put into every order to ensure a personalised and satisfying customer experience. Therefore, once the design process is started the order cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges

As each order is custom we do not offer exchanges.
