Refund policy

We accept cancellations within 12 hours of an order being placed. Please note - we do not accept cancellations for digital orders.

Time and effort is put into every order to ensure a personalised and satisfying customer experience. Therefore, once the design process has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will always request a photo to validate the damage.
